The CDFA Training Institute will be hosting the Intro Browfields Finance WebCourse on December 14-15, 2016.

The Intro Brownfields Finance WebCourse is the industry’s only comprehensive training curriculum that helps economic developers, policy makers and real estate professionals understand and master the financing strategies for the lifecycle of a brownfield property.

During this course, attendees will walk through the entire brownfields redevelopment process from understanding the basics of brownfields and legal and regulatory challenges to unearthing the myriad financing tools available to both clean-up and build-up these contaminated or polluted sites.

How a WebCourse Works

The Intro Brownfields Finance WebCourse will be presented via the web over two days and will include lecture and presentations from speakers throughout the country. Attendees will be asked to log into the WebCourse from 12-5pm Eastern on each day of the course and will be able to raise their hands, ask questions, comment on presentations, and take interactive polls during the sessions.

Participants must have access to a computer and phone to attend the WebCourse. Participants will receive instructions for logging into the WebCourse in a follow-up email after registering.
