DHCD Event: Project C.O.R.E. 4000th Unit Event

Project CORE is about to hit an incredible milestone: 4,000 units of  Baltimore City blight eliminated. CORE is a major initiative of Governor Hogan, and he can attribute its success to the hard work of the staff here at DHCD.
