Maryland MEP Training Event: ISO 9001: 2015 TRAINING

ISO 9001 is an international quality management standard that promotes customer satisfaction while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. The standard is applicable to all product and/or service organizations regardless of size. This course provides a basic description of ISO 9001:2015 and is designed for organization managers. Participants completing the course will understand the benefits of registration, the critical elements of an ISO 9001 quality management system, the responsibilities of organization participants, the registration process, how to develop the system, and the costs to attain and maintain registration.
