Maryland MEP Webinar: Online Training and Resources to Upskill Your Workforce

In the ongoing effort to develop and upskill Maryland’s Manufacturing workforce, MD MEP partnered with Tooling U SME in 2016 to serve as a successful Related Instruction provider for Apprenticeship programs in the state of Maryland. Tooling U SME is an accredited online provider of Technical training to the Manufacturing Industry. Focused on individual progress and development in Technical Training, Tooling U provides the self-paced experience that many learners need in order to fulfill their potential.
In this session, Manufacturers will see Tooling U in action during a live demonstration, understand the role of Tooling U in supporting registered Apprenticeship, and hear from Dixon Valve and Coupling regarding the experience of implementing and using online training for Apprenticeship and Employee development.
Webinar will focus on 3 areas:
- Technical offerings and how they can be utilized, including demonstrations
- How Tooling U supports Apprenticeships in Maryland
- Customer feedback on using and managing Tooling U
