The Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC) and Will Holmes Consulting (WHC) welcome you to Money Maryland Anne Arundel County. We’d like to thank our partners, the Maryland Small Business Development Center (Maryland SBDC), the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation(AAWDC), the Maryland APEX Accelerator, the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, and Meridian Management Group for their participation and time.

We are offering three tracks, with each focused on offering different resources and information:

  • Track 1 focuses on connecting you to local resources in Anne Arundel County.
  • Track 2 is for entrepreneurs who want to increase revenue and hire people in their communities.
  • Track 3 is for attendees who prefer to speak and learn in Spanish.

During this session, we will examine, step by step how to evaluate a business idea, understand the profit potential and risks, prepare your mindset, choose customers, create marketing strategies, write a business plan, open your business properly, increase revenue, become profitable, access capital, hire and scale, prepare your business for sale, and then retire comfortably.

$1 to $1 Million- Will Holmes

During this session we will focus on how to create cash flow projections, set sales to goals to generate 1 million dollars in revenue, build a team, find the most profitable clients, win contracts with bigger companies and government agencies, access capital, prepare for retirement and choose how you want to live your later years.
