Presenters

Charlie Protzman has 20 years of experience in Lean healthcare across the U.S. His Shingo Prize winning series of books called “Leveraging Lean in Healthcare”, describes how to implement Lean in every area of the hospital. 

Mike Hogan has over 17 years of Lean Healthcare implementation and design experience. Mike is the OPEX manager for Florida Cancer Specialists and former COO of Studio Plus Architecture in Fort Myers, FL and is OSHA 30 Certified. Charlie and Mike have trained thousands of practitioners worldwide in Lean concepts.
