With our nationwide healthcare and hospital population seeing more acute patient types along with increasing cost pressures, the need for a solution has never been greater. Charlie Protzman and Mike Hogan will review overarching opportunities for Lean in healthcare with results obtained at client hospitals over the last 20 years in areas such as Emergency Departments, Surgery, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Clinics etc. utilizing the BASICS Lean® Model.

Identify and eliminate the characteristics of your processes that don’t contribute to World Class Quality Healthcare Outcomes.
