Creating Economic Development Opportunities Across Maryland

MEDA is pleased to partner with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development to share with its members information on how to inspire innovation and enrich their communities utilizing the Department’s Neighborhood BusinessWorks program to support new and growing businesses.

For nearly 25 years, the Neighborhood BusinessWorks program has provided over $100 million to support more than 700 projects and create over 13,500 jobs.  Leveraging almost half a billion dollars in private investment, Neighborhood BusinessWorks can help your development deals access more capital investment from private lenders.

Neighborhood BusinessWorks is looking to finance $50 million a year in support to Maryland’s small businesses – come learn more about securing financing to complete your economic development projects!
