Overtime Overhaul Panel Session

  • This event has passed.

Join us for a critically important panel discussion regarding the “Overtime Overhaul”; a major ruling from the U.S. Department of Labor which increases the minimum threshold for salaried workers and makes sweeping changes to exempt/non-exempt status considerations, effective December 1, 2016.

New Ruling:
To have employees continue as exempt (“salaried”),
the new minimum salary threshold is $47,476.

We all know that this is going to have a major impact on business… but what is this going to look like for your company? Do you have salaried employees below $47,476? If so, this law will have major implications on how you do business. This is one of the most sweeping wage & hour laws passed in decades – and potentially impacts every business and organization in the U.S. and we will discuss how you need to plan and communicate these changes to your employees.

Registration will close on November 2 at 3:00 PM
