Public Hearing: Tax Credit Evaluation Committee

The Tax Credit Evaluation Committee (DLS Analysts) has completed its review of the Biotech Investment Incentive Tax Credit and the Maryland Research and Development Tax Credit. There is a recommendation to eliminate or alter the two credits.  

There will be a public hearing on the reports linked below Tuesday, Dec. 5th at 10:30a.m. in 3 W Miller Senate Office Building should you wish to attend.
