Information is one of the most important assets to an organization and it is essential for business survival. Additionally, due diligence, customer and third-party assurance requirements, internal risk objectives, and cyber liability policies all obligate organizations to provide security and privacy training to their personnel. Said training is to be provided prior to or shortly after onboarding new personnel and again on a recurring annual basis.

Join Jason Taule, CISO-In-Residence | Cyber Advisory Council Chair, as he proctors this course which is designed to provide personnel with an awareness of the many information protection, risk management, and compliance related risks that they and their companies could face. You will also receive training on how to securely handle data in all of the most common ways to which we put information to business use. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to pose questions and obtain direct guidance on how to address outstanding cyber security concerns.

This course can satisfy the training requirements associated with the MIC Cyber Assurance Seal (all levels). Additionally, to the degree that member organizations are subject to such mandates, completion of this course will enable participants to fulfill the training requirements related to the following:
