About You
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a golf course, biking, behind a camera, or chasing my six-year-old daughter around. I love meeting new people, making introductions, and connecting ideas. One of my favorite parts of any event is walking away having met someone new or helped make a connection that otherwise wouldn’t have happened.

About Your Work
I love helping turn ideas into economic impact. Every new manufacturing or distribution facility represents more than a building…it creates jobs, strengthens communities, and helps businesses grow. What excites me most is bringing together business leaders, economic developers, brokers, and community partners to solve complex challenges and move projects from concept to reality. Building relationships and creating win-win outcomes is what makes this work so rewarding.

About Your Organization
ARCO Design/Build is unique because we don’t just build facilities….we help clients solve business problems. By integrating design, engineering, and construction under one roof, we’re able to provide greater cost certainty, faster delivery, and a more collaborative experience. I’m especially proud of our culture of ownership, where every employee is invested in delivering the best possible outcome for our clients and the communities they serve.

About Your Current Role
Much of my current role revolves around building relationships and getting involved early in the development process. I work with companies exploring new facilities or expansions while collaborating with brokers, site selectors, developers, and economic development organizations. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is helping clients evaluate opportunities, reduce risk, and develop a clear path forward…often long before construction begins.

About Your Economic Development Journey
My journey into economic development has been a natural evolution of my career. As I’ve worked with companies evaluating new facilities, expansions, and major capital investments, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the collaboration required to turn those opportunities into reality. That’s what drew me to MEDA. I’m excited to learn from its members, build meaningful relationships across Maryland, and contribute wherever I can to help attract investment, create jobs, and strengthen communities.
