GGI Build Out for CoreLife is Underway with Additional Available Space to Lease

SALISBURY, MD – January 29, 2019 – Gillis Gilkerson, one of the most stable and trusted Construction Management, General Contracting and Development firms on Delmarva, today announced it acquired 200 East Vine Street in Salisbury, Maryland.

“This is our third project with Gillis Gilkerson and we welcome the opportunity to work with them in the future because we value their top-notch experience.” said Sean Kostkowski, president of CoreLife. “They helped identify a location that is bigger, in a central location and closer to PRMC and the medical community. We know they do a great job of managing the build out and look forward to seeing the new façade of the property.”

The Vine Street property had been redeveloped from Southern States into 21st Century Oncology in the early 2000’s. Unoccupied for over seven years, the 4,000 square feet of space currently being leased to CoreLife will include a fitness training area and consulting exam rooms.

“Our experience in medical office development paved the way for us to see the potential in this commercial space and location as it has been identified as one with a strong desire for change and re-generation,” said Brad Gillis, principal, Gillis Gilkerson. “We are excited the new space will give CoreLife the opportunity to grow as a company and in our community. We value their ongoing partnership and the services they deliver to the residents of Delmarva.”

“Being able to find an experienced development partner allowing me to have a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with Brad Gillis and Joey Gilkerson was critical for me to be able to provide this solution to my client, CoreLife,” commented Wesley Cox of SVN-Miller Commercial Real Estate who represents CoreLife with their expansion efforts on Delmarva.
