MOVED ONLINE: 2020 MEDA Annual Conference

Dear MEDA Members and Friends,

After careful consideration, and out of an abundance of caution, MEDA is moving our Annual Conference to an online format.  We have notified the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay that we will not be on site this year.  Anyone in the MEDA room block will receive a hotel cancellation as soon as the Hyatt registers the conference cancellation in their system.

The MEDA Board is anxious to provide you with a virtual offering of programming and plans to conduct an online program entitled “Inclusivity and Resilience Amid the Pandemic — A Focus for Economic and Community Development.” Please continue to hold September 21 – 22 as we plan an alternative that will include:

MEDA Awards
Silent Auction (online) to benefit the Lofton Scholarship Fund
