Editor of Livability.com to speak at Annual Conference

As editor of Livability.com, Matt Carmichael and his team are blending community appeal and economic climate intelligence to deliver a product that harnesses data-driven information about communities and shares that information on the web. The website features a blog that discusses ways to help propel communities forward by highlighting demographic changes and other trends nationally.  The discussion places emphasis on the need to build flexibility into our communities in order to provide a place for all our citizens to live, work and play. As a keynote speaker during the Annual Conference, Matt will expound upon what elements will take communities to the next level. His presentation is slated for May 3rd at 8:00 a.m.
