Tour Main Street Salisbury

Join Mayor Jim Ireton and Council President Jake Day as we learn how the City of Salisbury is building on its “Plan for Transformation” and making downtown development a reality.

You’ll hear about the strategy behind the current revitalization of downtown, the expanding role of the university partnerships, and the opportunities for commercial and residential growth through their surplus lot redevelopment.

The tour will also highlight how these approaches are attracting new businesses and private investment. As an added bonus our tour will put us right in the downtown for the 32nd Annual Salisbury Festival featuring entertainment provided by local musicians, shopping, games and activities for children of all ages, carnival rides, and so much more!
