Significant Increase in Cyber Criminals Posing as MD Government – Here is What You Need to Know

The Maryland Cyber Awareness Center (MCAC) is reporting a significant increase in cyber criminals impersonating government agencies in multiple phishing schemes targeted to all Maryland citizens.

Please see the attached bulletin regarding phishing campaigns posing as Maryland State Government entities. Since these campaigns are very likely targeting all Maryland citizens, we encourage all recipients to distribute this bulletin as widely as possible.
